ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS
To be eligible for a refund, you must have purchased the product directly from BargainHub. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Certain products, such as perishable goods, intimate or sanitary items, and gift cards, are exempt from being eligible for a refund.
REFUND PROCESS
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact our customer support team within 1-2 days of receiving the product.Provide your order details, including the order number and a clear explanation of the reason for the refund request. Our customer support team will review your request and guide you through the refund process.
REFUND OPTION
Once your refund request is approved, we offer two options:
a) Store Credit: You may choose to receive a store credit equivalent to the refund amount, which can be used for future purchases on BargainHub
b) Original Payment Method: If preferred, we can initiate a refund to the original payment method used during the purchase
RETURN SHIPPING
In some cases, you may be required to return the product to us. Our customer support team will provide you with the necessary instructions and addess for the return
Please note that the cost of return shipping may be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product
PROCESSING TIME
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
We strive to process refunds promptly. However, please allow 1-2 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account
